Zenegia is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company name, sending domain details, payment information) when you create an account or contact us. We also collect usage data including email sending metadata, inbox placement signals, bounce and engagement events, and platform activity logs. We do not store email body content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Zenegia platform, deliver deliverability intelligence and reputation monitoring services, process billing and overage calculations, respond to support requests, and send service-related communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days following account termination. Anonymised, aggregated sending signals may be retained indefinitely to improve our predictive models. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@zenegia.com.

4. Security

Zenegia uses industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), access controls, and security monitoring to protect your data. Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC 2-compliant data centres. We conduct regular security reviews and penetration testing.

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to operate the platform and analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand usage patterns and improve our service. You can control cookie preferences via your browser settings or our cookie consent interface.

6. Third-Party Services

Zenegia integrates with third-party services including payment processors (Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics tools. These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only as instructed by Zenegia.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@zenegia.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
